Infiniteglo’s surface treatment provides customize, mechanical and chemical cleaning of various chamber shields and parts use in PVD, CVD, ETCH and Lithography processes in wafer fabrication. Auxiliary services include repairs, refurbishment and sale of DC/RF generator, vacuum pump, vacuum gauges, valves and chillers. We also undertake preventive maintenance of equipment, total kit management, technical staff support and trading of second source parts.
